If you're looking for a quiet activity that requires concentration, skill and precision, try archery or air pistol shooting.

Our archery instructor is a Master Bowman with more than 20 years experience.  Over the years he has taught many famous people including A list celebrities, Premiership footballs, and MP’s – so you can be assured of star treatment. 

We'll teach you the basics of the sport and provide practice sessions before setting a number of specially created unique challenges with numbered targets.

Archery and shooting can be incorporated into any sports programme and are generally carried out from the shelter of a traditional stone barn, or a deep ex-railway cutting. It's a great way to maximise your concentration.
